Items purchased from Dial-a-Surprize are of high quality. If we are unable to supply any item ordered we will contact you immediately to seek alternatives and/or conclude whether the balance of items ordered should be delivered and/or the additional items be ordered for you for later delivery. Should you not withstanding a delay in certain items still agree to accept delivery, you will be liable for payment for the items correctly delivered as per any amended order and applicable invoice.

The site provides actual examples of what we sell and may not always constitute the exact colors/style/type or packaging material. Dial-a-Surprize reserves the right to alter packaging and colors at their discretion as long as the value remains the same as that which was ordered. Should specific flower- or packaging colors be requested, such requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance and preferably before 12h00 for delivery the next day.

Cancellation of Order

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order for a gift delivery provided that it is done 24 hours before delivery, UNLESS the gift was personally sourced for you. The latter applies if flowers were ordered according to your specifications from our suppliers or personalized cakes were baked especially for you. If sourced based on a specific request you are liable for full payment of the sourced item if already sourced (excluding delivery). If you wish to change your order you may contact us telephonically or email orders@dial-a-surprize.co.za between 9 am and 12h00, Monday to Thursday for delivery the next day or between 9 am and 12h00 on Friday for delivery on Monday.

No cancellations can be accepted on the day of delivery. No cancellations can be accepted for special celebration days (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Secretary's Day, Father's Day etc.) unless made at least 7 days in advance.

A full refund will be provided if payment has already been made, less a 10% admin fee.

Non-Acceptance of Order

This may result from one of the following:

  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • Non provision by the purchaser of proof of payment via email.
  • Non receipt of full amount in our bank account (Standard or FNB)
  • Non acceptance of a gift at point of delivery.

You will be notified by email (as we are an online business) when any of the above occurs.
